Website Mondays: How to Connect with international education Agents

The Schools & Agents website provides ways for education providers to connect with our 600+ agents. Today we are going to focus on the different ways that you, as an education provider can connect with our Agents through your membership.

Tip 1: Make use of our Agents Directory

In our members' directory, you can find all the information you need to find out more about our agents and all the necessary details for you to reach out to them. All agent profiles include a description, areas of specialization and their logo, as well as their contact information (telephone number, website, and email address) and links to their social media platforms. With our newly revamped directory you can now also narrow down your search for agents by destination and area of specialization.

Tip 2: Send us Member Articles to Publish and Share

Sharing member articles on our website and social media platforms is a very effective way to grab an agent’s attention. Focus your article on topics that are agent focus and that are of interest to them; the subjects may vary from new courses, any extracurricular activities or a new milestone you’re celebrating, a focus on your accommodation or a testimonial from one of your students. You can also go to more focused articles that highlight what you can offer that is unique when compared to other schools, focusing on your selling points. If you need to discuss these topics with us to make sure that you are taking the right angle when writing them, we are always more than happy to help.

Tip 3: Connect with Agents through our Facebook and LinkedIn Groups

We are big believers in providing various channels on which you can reach out to our agents. In fact, we have set up two member-only groups on social media (which we invite you to join), one on Facebook, and the other one on LinkedIn.

Tip 4: Be Active where the Agents Are

Reaching out to agents the old-fashioned way, as unique as your sales pitch might be, can only get you so far. Instead, focus on connecting on a human level and you increase the chance of building a lasting relationship. Connect with them on social media, interact through our channels; like, react, and comment on the posts they share. Then you can take a step further and add them as friends or follow their pages where you will be able to connect and speak with them through your own platform.
